“Yes, I did the scene. That was what Lee wanted. It was in the script. I mean, I love Zac. He's a great guy and let me tell you, I'm glad it was him. I feel safe with Zac and I hope he feels safe with me ," Kidman said in an interview with Deadline about urinating on Efron's chest.
However, Nicole stated that she did not feel uncomfortable during the peculiar scene: “The urination thing, I didn't think it was so weird, because I was in character. That was because of the jellyfish. And to me, she said a lot about Charlotte. One, she is protecting him. Two, she's tough as nails and no one else is going to pee on this guy. All of that made a lot of sense to me. I just did it and didn't think about it too much."
Apparently, the actor would not have been too bothered by being urinated on, either, since he seems quite comfortable considering the peculiar situation. However, the director of the film had thought of eliminating the scene, but it would be Kidman herself who asked that it be kept.
