 The FBIs are new. FOX has a new night of dramas. What’s going on with ABC? Are new episodes of The Rookie shows on tonight, Tuesday, March 14?

We’re at that point in the TV season when shows need to take some time off. There aren’t enough episodes to run straight through to May, and that means the odd wee off here and there.

This is where we’re at with The Rookie and its spin-off Feds. The two shows are taking another week off, and it’s likely due to the need of ABC to spread out content so the finales can air in May. After all, May is the biggest time of year for the finales of broadcast shows.

So yes, that means the episodes won’t air new tonight, Tuesday, March 14. There aren’t any reruns on, either.

What’s on instead of The Rookie and Feds tonight?

The two shows are going off for a new episode of The Bachelor. This isn’t a permanent switch. The reality show is getting an extra night for the Women Tell All segment of the show.

Regular programming will return right away. It just means that ABC can’t air new episodes or reruns of our favorite cop dramedies. Will Trent will get a rerun in the 10 p.m. ET/PT time slot.

When will The Rookie shows return with new episodes?

How long is this break going to be? We’re almost at the end of it. Both shows will return on Tuesday, March 21.
