Last Monday the 12th great artists from television and cinema met at the Emmy Awards ceremony . And according to presenter Jimmy Kimmel , he went through a very different situation with actor Andrew Garfield during the awards.
It all took place over the course of a dance performance based on the Game of Thrones universe in which the dancers interacted with each other using scenographic spears. Suddenly in the middle of the show one of the fake guns just fell apart. The dancers were swinging their spears all over the place and halfway through the dance the tip of one of them flew off the handle straight toward our table Kimmel recalled . And out of nowhere and I swear to God this happened Andrew Garfield jumped up and snatched her out of the air just like Spider Man .
According to the presenter Garfield acted as Spider Man would have done had he been in the same situation. His shirt came open; my wife almost had to be resurrected joked Kimmel who still drew attention at the awards by interrupting the speech of Quinta Brunson winner of the award for Best Screenplay for the series Abbott Elementary .
Also known for his roles in the films Until the Last Man and Tick Tick Boom Andrew Garfield has played Spider Man twice in 2012 and 2014. Later in 2021 the actor revisited the role by opposite Tom Holland and Tobey Maguire in Marvels long awaited Spider Man No Return Home .
