'Cobra Kai': Will there be a season 6? All you need to know

Season 4 of Cobra Kai has Daniel LaRusso, played by Ralph Macchio, and Johnny Lawrence, played by William Zabka. The All-Valley Karate Tournament features a nail-biting finale and how the characters deal with the aftermath. Cobra Kai’s fourth season ended with a dark cloud looming over Los Angeles. Terry Silver sweeps the leg of his war buddy and co-founder of Cobra Kai, John Kreese, and lands him in prison for a crime he didn’t have a clue about. In the meantime, Mr. Miyagi’s blue-eyed boy, Daniel LaRusso, and Cobra Kai’s original villain, Johnny Lawrence, lose the All-Valley Karate Tournament. The season was filled with lots of twists and ended with a cliff-hanger about the characters’ futures, which set up the perfect transition into Season 5.

Season 5 is packed with cheesy one-liners, 80’s rock, and a bunch of high schoolers making advanced karate moves, making Season 5 a sure-shot hit with the audience. With the release of Season 5 on Friday, the show is already getting much love from the fans who can’t seem to wait for Season 6. Season 5 has 10 episodes for fans to binge-watch.

There has been no official announcement yet regarding the sixth instalment of the hit dramedy Cobra Kai. It would be too soon to make any predictions about the making of season 6 of the "Karate Kid" adaptation. However, some fans might remember that Netflix went on to announce the making of season 5 even before season 4 of Cobra Kai was officially released. Jon Hurwitz, the co-creator of Cobra Kai, once said that they always had at least six seasons in mind when making the dramedy series. Josh Heald added that they still had an endgame plan and were still writing beyond Season 5.
