With The Rookies 5th season set to be the most dramatic yet thanks to the reappearance of serial killer Rosalind Dyer fans are clamoring to see how the season will play out. The premiere might not have broken the curse of underwhelming audiences with the resolution of a previous season cliffhanger, but the setup for how Chenford will play out in the wake of Dyers carnage is dripping.


Despite how invested the show is on developing the romance between officers Chen and Bradford, there are some fans who would rather see the duo remain friends. It might be a controversial take, but it's only one of many unpopular opinions Redditors have about The Rookie. Season 3 of The Rookie is fairly contentious among fans for a variety of reasons. However despite how disparate opinions are about the seasons quality many fans are in agreement that the satirical  True Crime is a terrible episode (it currently has a 4.2 rating on IMDb.


While  True Crime has been maligned by The Rookies most vocal fans for its ridiculous premise involving a former child actor who starts a  , Redditor Weirdly A bsurd  enjoyed the True Crime episode and found it creative. The claim for creativity might be debatable but its understandable that they would enjoy the episode considering its focus on comedy via the documentary framing style.


One of the defining storylines in season 1 of The Rookies was Bradfords conflict with his ex-wife Isabel. She was an undercover cop who found herself struggling with substance misuse which then placed a strain on the twos relationship. Despite how unhealthy the two characters were for each   kaukajarvi felt  that Bradford and his former wife Isabel really belong together.Were it not for the prevailing legion of Rookie fans with their theories on how Lucy and Bradford will become a couple such a notion would perhaps be popular.
