Netflix has this notorious habit of letting out small hints about their new dramas until they finally drop the whole of it. It has again done the same with its Swedish import Young Royals season 2. The first look of the most awaited sophomore season of this teen drama is out now. And we are here to serve you the same.
For those who are not aware this heartfelt gay boy soap opera revolves around the fictional Prince Wilhelm of Sweden. His parents sent him to a royal but restrictive boarding school after they saw him behaving inappropriately as a prince. As he tries to adjust to life in his new prestigious school things turn around. The decision to follow his heart becomes more challenging than expected. Now if you are excited to know more about the upcoming season all you need to do is keep reading. Apparently our cute prince developed a love interest for the scholarship student and choir star Simon Erikson. Although they are heart meltingly cute together an unexpected incident towards the end of season 1 may cause his return home leaving Hillerska.
However Netflix recently dropped the first look pictures of the sophomore season with most of them focusing majorly on the prince. The tweet also suggests that he will stay in the school for a little while but may have to face harder challenges. Well being a royal has its own drawbacks. In the images we can clearly see that the lovebirds are to spend more time together. Hence we can safely say the series creators will give more importance to their budding relationships than the political tension. However we must not entirely ignore that prince Wilhelm may have to leave the place eventually.
