It comes after Miranda spoke of her go to ritual for rebalancing herself.Speaking to Porter Miranda revealed she walks barefoot on the grass to help reconnect after a long flight.I like to go for a walk outside when I arrive and if possible go barefoot on the grass to reconnect, ground myself and have a bit of time to rebalance she said. Miranda said she also takes sleeping aid Melatonin to help with time zone differences.She went on to say how important it is to slow down for family life. As a mother of three boys, life goes by so quickly. Embrace your time together while you can because life gets busy she said.
I think its important for our children to see how important work ethic is but its equally important for them to see how much we value quality time as a family.Miranda and Evan share two sons together Hart four and Myles two.
