Rejoice Disney fans Frozen and Frozen 2 are getting brand new versions as part of Disney+ Day.
Releasing on September 8, sing-along versions of both Frozen movies, made by Walt Disney Animation Studios, will land on Disney+. Fans and families will be able to sing along to every song in the movies from Let it Go to Do You Want to Build a Snowman? and Into the Unknown.
Frozen and Frozen 2 feature some of the most popular Disney songs of all time, with Frozen's Let it Go going on to become the ninth best-selling song in the US in 2014. It won songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez an Academy Award and a Grammy Award. Frozen itself won best animated feature at the Oscars, too.Frozen 2 didn't quite match the dizzying heights of success set by the first movie, but it still earned Anderson-Lopez and Lopez Oscar nominations for best original song for Into the Unknown. They lost out on the prize to I'm Gonna Love Me Again by Elton John and Bernie Taupin for the movie Rocketman.
The Frozen announcement isn't the only thing from Disney+ Day that will excite families, however. The live-action remake of Pinocchio, starring Tom Hanks as Geppetto and Cynthia Erivo as the Blue Fairy, will also air on September 8. The Cars spin-off series Cars on the Road, featuring the return of Owen Wilson as Lightning McQueen, will also drop on that same day
